ANDYSMANCLUB are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online.

They want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation.

Sport in Mind is an award winning mental health charity deliver physical activity projects in partnership with the amazing NHS.

These projects help to aid recovery, promote mental wellbeing, improve physical health, combat social isolation and empower people to move their lives forward in a positive direction.

In 2024 we had three options for Hikers, all starting from Keswick


All challenges covered the following Wainwrights:
Catbells
Maiden Moor
High Spy
Castle Crag
(The Summit Four Challenge ends after these peaks)

The Summit Six and Ten Challenge then covered:
Grange Fell

The Summit Ten Challenge also covered
Great Crag
High Tove
High Seat
Bleaberry Fell

The Summit Six and Ten Challenge then covered:
Walla Crag

HOW IT WENT

Once again our hikers smashed the challenge; 21 people took the routes and made the most of the day - even the weather was kind!
